Job Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in day-to-day production activities.
Monitor production processes and ensure smooth operations.
Support quality inspection and maintain inspection records.
Read and understand engineering drawings and basic technical documents.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Stores departments.
Follow company safety, quality and production procedures.
Prepare basic reports and maintain departmental records.
Identify process issues and report them to senior engineers.
Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
