Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with strong knowledge of the steel industry to develop new business, manage existing customers, generate sales leads, and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with steel dealers, distributors, fabricators, contractors and industrial customers.
Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell MS Bars, Round Bars and other steel products.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order follow-up.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
Develop new dealer/distributor networks.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, stores and logistics for timely delivery.
Maintain customer records, sales reports and daily/weekly MIS.
Understand market prices, demand, competitor pricing and customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in tenders, institutional sales and project-based business where applicable.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of steel/metal products and market.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good customer relationship management.
Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
Willingness to travel for market visits.
Target-oriented and result-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in sales of MS Bars, Round Bars, TMT Bars, Structural Steel or other steel products will be preferred.Salary
50,000 – 60,000 PM  (Depending on experience and interview)
