Position: Quality Head – Plastic Line Gender: Male / Female Qualification: B.Tech Experience: 10–15 Years Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 Per Month (Depending on Interview & Experience) Industry: Automotive & Electrical Plastic Parts
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete Quality Department for plastic components.
Strong knowledge of Automotive & Electrical Plastic Parts Quality.
Handle Quality Documentation, SOP, Inspection Reports & Quality Records.
Good knowledge of Audit Documentation and preparation for internal/customer audits.
Knowledge of Quality Instruments & Measuring Equipment.
Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection.
Identify quality issues and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with customer and industry quality standards.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Plastic Parts Quality Control.
Good understanding of Quality Systems & Documentation.
Experience in handling Audits.
Knowledge of Quality Measuring Instruments.
Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
