Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs for civil works.
Prepare and verify client/contractor bills and RA bills.
Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation.
Check site measurements and ensure accurate billing.
Prepare tender documents, quotations and comparative statements.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and clients.
Track project quantities, material consumption and costs.
Maintain proper documentation of measurements, bills and work orders.
Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of Civil Construction Billing & Estimation
Good command of MS Excel and AutoCAD
Knowledge of BOQ, BBS, Rate Analysis and Quantity Surveying
Good analytical and communication skills
Experience in commercial/residential/industrial civil projects preferred.
