URGENT HIRING – ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Location: Wazirpur Faridabad
To manage day-to-day accounting, billing, customer/vendor accounts, and accurate tracking and reconciliation of customer-owned materials received for job work
.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle complete day-to-day accounting and accounting entries.
Prepare sales and job-work invoices using billing/accounting software.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and perform regular reconciliation.
Maintain records of customer material received for job work, including inward, consumption, dispatch, return and closing balance.
Coordinate with Stores and Production for material and stock reconciliation.
Manage purchase bills, expenses, receipts and payment entries.
Handle GST billing, e-invoicing and e-way bill documentation.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and prepare outstanding reports.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.
Prepare monthly sales, purchase, outstanding and stock-related MIS reports.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with CA/Tax Consultant for GST, TDS and other compliance-related requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Complete working knowledge of billing/accounting software.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
Strong knowledge of inventory and job-work material accounting.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong reconciliation and documentation skills.
Experience in manufacturing/job-work accounts preferred.
