Job Location: Neelam Bata Road, NIT Faridabad, Haryana
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Sales
Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
Salary: ?22,000 – ?25,000 + Attractive Incentives
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Key Skills Required
Good English communication skills
Confidence and a positive attitude
Excellent customer handling skills
Sincere, dedicated, and customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and chat handling

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through WhatsApp and chat.
Make calls to customers and provide timely assistance.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Follow up with customers and support sales activities.
Work Profile: 20% Calling | 80% WhatsApp / Chat Handling
