Experience 10–12 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, preferably in sheet-metal manufacturing
Qualification B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field
Salary Negotiable, 8LPA

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) department.
Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems as per ISO 9001:2015.
Ensure quality inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process components and finished products.
Monitor CNC laser cutting, CNC bending, fabrication, welding and dimensional accuracy.
Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct internal process audits, supplier quality audits and customer audits.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, calibration schedules and non-conformance reports.
Reduce rejection, rework, scrap and customer complaints through continuous improvement.
Use quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram and Pareto Analysis.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Design and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Manage and train quality engineers, inspectors and technicians.
Track quality KPIs and submit regular reports to senior management.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of sheet-metal fabrication and precision manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T and dimensional inspection.
Experience with ISO 9001:2015, audits, RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement.
Strong team management, communication and problem-solving skills.
