Qualification B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field
Experience 10–15 years in manufacturing, preferably with plant operations and sheet-metal fabrication experience
Salary Negotiable, 12LPA

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch.
Plan daily, weekly and monthly production schedules to meet delivery targets.
Oversee CNC laser cutting, CNC bending, sheet-metal fabrication and related manufacturing processes.
Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, manpower productivity and operating costs.
Ensure quality standards, minimize rejection, scrap and rework, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality and Sales teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.
Ensure preventive maintenance, workplace safety and statutory compliance.
Monitor raw material consumption, inventory levels and on-time customer deliveries.
Lead, train and motivate production supervisors, engineers and shop-floor teams.
Prepare MIS reports covering production, quality, downtime, rejection and productivity.
Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives across the plant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in manufacturing and plant management.
Practical knowledge of sheet-metal fabrication and CNC machinery.
Good understanding of production planning, quality systems and industrial engineering.
Experience in manpower management, cost control and process optimization.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP/MIS reporting and production planning systems.
