Experience 8–15 years in industrial marketing, B2B sales or business development
Qualification B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or MBA in Marketing with relevant industrial experience
Salary 8 to 10 LPA
Reporting To Director / Managing Director

About the Company
Faridabad-based manufacturing company operating in the industrial products sector, with business listings describing sheet-metal fabrication, CNC laser cutting, CNC bending and engineered metal products.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in automotive, engineering, industrial equipment and manufacturing sectors.
Generate enquiries and develop new customers for sheet-metal fabrication, CNC laser cutting, CNC bending and customized metal components.
Build strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, industrial buyers and corporate clients.
Lead the sales and marketing team, set targets and monitor individual and team performance.
Manage key accounts, negotiate commercial terms and support major customer acquisitions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new industry segments.
Prepare annual sales budgets, marketing plans, sales forecasts and performance reports.
Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality and Estimation teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Develop pricing strategies, quotations and proposals in coordination with internal departments.
Monitor sales pipelines, customer conversion rates, order bookings and payment follow-ups.
Represent the company in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs and customer meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in industrial B2B marketing and business development.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering products.
Established customer network in OEMs, automotive, sheet-metal fabrication or industrial engineering is preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Ability to develop new markets and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Experience in CRM, sales pipeline management, MIS and business forecasting.
