Job Location: On-site (Faridabad)
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Explaining our JCB manufacturing products and services to clients.
Maintaining good client relationships and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English).
Basic knowledge of telecalling and customer support.
Relevant experience in manufacturing or auto parts industry will be an added advantage.
